Aufgabenbereich:
– Aufgaben entsprechend detaillierter Tätigkeitsbeschreibungen im jeweiligen Servicebetrieb und laut Anweisungen – Maitre d‘, Assistant Maite d‘
– Selbständiges Führen einer Station
– Beratung und fachgerechtes Servieren von Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen
– Nebenarbeiten sauber und korrekt erledigen
– Einhaltung von Sauberkeit, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Hygienerichtlinien (U.S.P.H.) ( Einweisung an Bord)
– Sorgsamer Umgang mit allen Arbeitsmitteln und Einrichtungen auf seiner Station
– Gegebenenfalls andere Station mit unterstützen
